Account & Login
On the login screen, click Forgot Password and follow the instructions to reset it.

- Hover over your name in the top-right corner.
- Click User Administration under Account Management.
- Click Create New User.
- Enter the user's Email Address, Username, and First & Last Name. (Job Title and Cell Phone are optional.)
- Choose whether to Hide A/R Information or Hide Pricing.
- Select a user role from the drop-down menu.
- Choose a Ship-To Location.
- Click Create User.
⚠️ Only employees with admin-level access can add new associates.
No. But if an employee doesn't have a website account, you'll need to go to User Administration and create a profile for them. See the question above for step-by-step instructions.

- Uncheck Active.

Yes. To set your defaults:
- Go to Personal Settings.
- Select Use Defaults.
- Choose your preferred Bill-To Address, Shipping Address, Pickup Branch, and Fulfillment Method.
- Click Save Changes.
A/R information is hidden by default to protect your company's information. You must have Administrator access to change this setting.

- Uncheck Hide A/R Flag.
- Click Save Changes.
- Click your name in the website header.
- A/R details will appear in the Account Snapshot section.
- Click Account in the top-right corner of the website.
- Select Register for a New Account.
- Fill out all required information.
- Click Submit.
Orders & Shipping
Make sure your fulfillment method is set to Ship To. Product inventory locations will show where items will ship from.
Set your fulfillment method to Pick Up at Branch during checkout. Available inventory locations will display which branches have your items ready.
After your order is submitted, you'll receive confirmation details including your selected pickup branch, order information, and a notification when your order is ready. Most pickup orders are ready within 30 minutes during normal business hours — please wait for your Ready for Pickup notification before heading in.
If your preferred branch doesn't have the item, alternate locations with available inventory may also be shown. Contact your local Famous Supply branch with any questions.

No — customers cannot schedule specific deliveries. Products are delivered based on available inventory and shipping routes. Contact your sales associate for special requests.
The Need By Date tells us when you need your product. Famous Supply cannot guarantee a specific delivery date — products are delivered based on available inventory and shipping schedule. To request a delivery date, add a note to the Shipping Notes field. Contact your sales associate for special requests.

- Add products to your cart.
- Open the shopping cart.
- Click Request a Quote at the bottom of the page.
- Hover over your name at the top of the website.
- Open the My Account menu.
- Click Quote Group to email the quote department directly.
- Add items to your cart.
- Open the shopping cart.
- Click Save Bid in the lower-left corner of the page.
- Hover over My Account.
- Click Order History.
- Select the order number.
- Tracking information will appear at the top of the page.
Billing & Invoice Management
You can now access your invoices, statements, payment history, and pay online 24/7 through the Famous Supply Online Billing Portal. Log in at famous-supply.billtrust.com using your web enrollment token (found on any invoice), or access it through your Famous Supply website account.
Auto pay is also available — a simple setup that handles payments automatically.

Option 1 — Through the Famous Supply Website:
- Sign in to the Famous Supply website.
- Go to My Account.
- Click Invoice History — this takes you directly to your invoices.
- Go to famous-supply.billtrust.com.
- Log in or create an account by following the prompts.
- To create an account, you'll need your Famous Supply account number, enrollment token (from the bottom of your invoice), and a valid email address.
You'll receive an email notification as soon as your invoice is available online. The email includes a direct link to your bill.
Yes — multiple people can have access to the portal. You control who can see what in your account.
We accept Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards, Credit Cards, and ACH payments.
⚠️ A 2.5% processing fee applies to Credit Card transactions only. No processing fees for any other payment methods.
No — you're not required to pay online. Famous Supply will continue to support traditional payment methods. However, we strongly encourage the Online Billing Portal for faster, easier account management.
Invoices are stored online for viewing for up to one year.
Yes — the invoice will be attached to the email notification. You can print it directly from there if needed.
Starting June 23, 2026, all your files will be bundled together. Currently, documents can be accessed separately.
Product & Inventory
- Sign in to your account.
- Search for a product.
- Open the Product Detail Page.
- Click the red icon next to Customer #.
- Add or edit your customer part number.
- Click Update.
Pricing is visible only to active Famous Supply customers with a website account.
Returns & Order Changes
If you need to make changes, reach out to your local Famous Supply branch or your sales associate as soon as possible to see if changes can still be made.
- Go to My Account.
- Click Order History.
- Select the order you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel Order.
⚠️ Orders already being processed, picked, shipped, or delivered may no longer be eligible for cancellation. If you don't see the Cancel Order button, please contact your local branch as soon as possible.
To request a return, the order must be invoiced and the product must be available on the website. Please note that not all return requests are approved online. If your return request cannot be completed successfully, contact your local branch for assistance.

- Select the order you want to return.
- Click Request Return.
- Select the quantity and reason for the return.
- Click Send Return Request.

The HVAC Equipment Portal helps you accurately match equipment for Armstrong, Concord, Aspen, and other general AHRI system matches. For best results, answer the form questions in order. Access the portal through the Famous Supply website.
These files are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule. They include negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. Access the machine-readable files through the Famous Supply website.

Products must receive authorization from Famous Supply and be returned within 30 days of the authorization date. Requests can be submitted through your online account.
